Dining

Seasonal dishes made in the community kitchen with produce from the organic gardens and the weekend market.

Sourdough baked daily, free-range eggs from the community’s own chickens, and an organic blend of Shan and Thai coffee. On Saturdays and Sundays the market stalls cook too.
