Suda Chaemchan

It is a deconstruction of old clothing into 2D artworks, rooted in the concept of garments as one of the four basic human necessities. It preserves the beauty of form that remains within the process.

Art from difference material, colorful and creative

Process

Works by students of the Wood Studio, Faculty of Fine Arts, Chiang Mai University.

Young Dee

Young Dee means “still good.” It is a project where we strive to pass on items that are still in good condition to people who need them, using the proceeds to fund environmental activities.

Samran Clay

The artist creates sculptures using clay, shaping them into houses or buildings with windows. By placing lights inside, the artwork transforms, as the light filters through the clay, creating a play of shadows and depth. This technique highlights the interplay between solid and void, illuminating the textures and forms of the material while evoking warmth and a sense of home.

Something Round

The art installation is by an artist who is also an architect with a passion for textiles and embroidery. She creates circular embroidered textiles and adorns trees with them. The interplay of the intricate patterns and natural forms transforms the space, blending architecture, nature, and craft into a harmonious expression of art and environment.
